Types of Herbs:

Alchemical Component-item used in another recipe
Anti-toxin-extract of some herbs may be strong anti-toxin alone, others may be part of another recipe, one dose can yield one vial of anti-toxin.
Cooking Ingredient-spices and condiments.  one dose can fill a small pouch.
Healing Herb 1-used to treat normal diseases, prepared as teas or cataplasms, grant anyone who drinks them a +1 to Fortitude to fight off disease. 
Healing Herb 2-Effects wounds and infections(poison). Crushed to make balms and cataplasms.  Grants +1 bonus to Regen Healing when resting.
