Necromancer

For the necromancer updates...

• Delete deadeye from game, replace with detect invis
• Remove aurole view, replace with detect magic
• remove pison bolt
• armor of undeath (lower to level 45)
• use harmshield? (level tbd)
• add cadaver drain (drain mana from corpse) (not all corpses drainable, detect magic will show)
• all different rot spells to uniform name
• all diff vamp touch spells to uniform name
• remove bone walk
• use blood rite
• step into shadow? (teleport in shadows)
