Armor Specifications:

• Simple leather armor. Also studded leather, padded leather, or elfin chain mail, but when wearing these will take no dex bonuses and will take a dex penalty.
• No shields.
• No large weapons

Dwarven Thief:(Race: Dwarf)

• Should get pluses to Dex say like 5% for up to a certain level then perhaps 10% over a certain level.

• Leather armor only. No Shield allowed to be worn(Armor: Dwarf)

• One handed melee weapon of size small or medium(Weapons: Dwarf)
