   It is common curtesy to ask somebody before relocating to them, or
   summoning them.  Apparently this is becoming an issue.  Please play nice
   with your fellow players, so that we do not have to make a policy about
   this.  The player that causes us to create a policy on this topic will be
   frozen for causing us the trouble.
