Ideas / notes
Armor Specifications:
- Simple leather armor. Also studded leather, padded leather, or elfin chain mail, but when wearing these will take no dex bonuses and will take a dex penalty.
- No shields.
- No large weapons
Dwarven Thief:(Race: Dwarf)
- Should get pluses to Dex say like 5% for up to a certain level then perhaps 10% over a certain level.
- Leather armor only. No Shield allowed to be worn(Armor: Dwarf)
- One handed melee weapon of size small or medium(Weapons: Dwarf)

Ideas
Ran across an old file from 11/06/2001 with these ideas...
Mug-where you can take everything off a mob without having to completely kill them A Duel Bacstab-two bacstabs at the beggining of a fight A x6 Multiplyer at lvl 30-self explanitory Slip-the thief would be able to give items to ppl without anyone else seeing it happen Pickpocket-an upgrade to steal, way more efficient though,the thief would be able to sleal larger amounts of gold and items without being detected by the mob these would add power and more secrecy thiefyness to the thief class also better thief eq would be nice How about something like Feign Death? Something like you pretend to die, so the mob stops attacking or my hit the next person in teh room, IE yer other group member Perhaps cruel but helpful for soloing no? Mannd
Most of those things have been suggested already, with i think the exclusion of pickpocket. That is nothing against you, you may not have read some of the early posts, however I don't seem to recall the immortal position on these ideas :(. Has there been one yet? Oh and along with Slip you forgot Palm where you pick something off the ground without being seen another skill i would love to see put in :) I like the idea of dual backstab, but I think that upon remorting thieves should have two attacks. Granted, we have two with stab, but "since everyone else can have it, why can't we?" Since thieves have very few skills as it is perhaps the imms (uh, oh yeah that's me too) should think about this?
