   Help for Immortal commands is in WHELP.  Type that without any arguments
   too see some imm related help entries that are not commands.

   Added flags to toggle wether or not you see REPOPS or ACTIONS when
   stating a mob.  The command is "mobstat".

   When you see in the CHANGES that a HELP or WHELP has been updated,
   please take the time to read them so that all imms are aware.

   On Friday, Feb. 11th, the great author Jack L Chalker passed away.  For 
   those of you that don't know who he is, he write a number of great books, 
   including the "Well World" series.  The main character of this series is 
   Nathan Brazil, from whom our Implementor took his name.  He was very sick, 
   and spent the last couple months of his life in and out of a coma.  Please 
   take a moment and honor this talented man who died before his time.

   There's a note in the MOTD to mail me items with messed apply's.  If
   anyone reports the problem, just tell them to send me the item and I'll
   fix it pronto.

   Breaking the policy BOTTING or IDLE now counts as TWO warnings for every
   character involved.   Please give out warnings accordingly.  The policies
   for both have been updated to reflect this.

 Sorry for the downtime.  There were some issues that needed delt with, so
 hopefully we're stable again.

 IMESS got the startings of a face lift.  As a result access to things got
 eff'd up.  I'll finish fixing accesses this evening.  In the meantime, take
